- Rill Stone Path provides advisory, lead generation, and introduction services only. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not directly sell or lease properties.
- All transactions are conducted exclusively through our network of licensed Japanese partner agencies.
- No guarantees are made regarding property availability, pricing, approval of applications, or investment performance.
- Information on this site is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.
These terms are subject to Japanese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo.
Refund Policy
Rill Stone Path charges fees only for successful introductions and advisory services that are explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to engagement.
Consultation and matching services: Initial consultations and the property matching quiz are provided free of charge. No payment is required to receive an initial recommendation.
Paid services: When a client engages Rill Stone Path for paid advisory, due diligence, or negotiation support, fees are clearly stated in the engagement letter. These fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver agreed services due to our own error.
We do not charge success fees or commissions on property transactions. All fees related to actual leases or purchases are paid directly to the licensed partner agencies.
